These terms govern your use of this website and your engagement with Holy Profits, Co. and the Called to Clarity program. By booking a call, enrolling in the program, or otherwise using this site, you agree to these terms.
Who this is for
Our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using this site or enrolling in Called to Clarity, you confirm you meet that requirement.
What we offer
Called to Clarity is a 9-week business coaching program. It is educational and coaching in nature. It is not therapy, legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, or medical advice, and it should not be treated as a substitute for any of those professional services. Nothing on this site or in the program guarantees any specific business outcome, income, or result; your results depend on your own effort, circumstances, and decisions.
Booking a clarity call
Clarity calls are booked through Calendly and are free, with no obligation to enroll in Called to Clarity or any other offer.
Enrollment and payment
Enrollment in Called to Clarity is confirmed once payment is received through Stripe, our payment processor, at the price listed on this site at the time of your enrollment. We do not store your full payment card details; Stripe handles that directly.
Refunds and cancellations
Refund, cancellation, and rescheduling terms for Called to Clarity are set out in the Coaching Agreement you receive and sign at enrollment. That agreement governs over anything not addressed here.
Program materials
Worksheets, templates, session content, and other materials provided as part of Called to Clarity are the property of Holy Profits, Co. and are licensed to you for your own personal or business use only. They may not be resold, redistributed, or shared outside your own use without our written permission.
Conduct
We ask that you engage with us and, where applicable, other clients respectfully and in good faith. We reserve the right to decline or end a coaching engagement if that isn't happening.
Third-party services
This site uses Calendly for scheduling and Stripe for payment processing. Your use of those tools is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We aren't responsible for their practices or availability.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Our services are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Holy Profits, Co. and Nigeria Sheppard are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or participation in Called to Clarity. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the program.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Alabama, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continuing to use the site or program after changes means you accept the updated terms.
