Effective date: August 1, 2026

Holy Profits, Co. ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and the Called to Clarity program, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have.

Who we are

Holy Profits, Co. is operated by Nigeria Sheppard. If you have questions about this policy or your information, contact us at nigeria@holyprofits.co.

Information we collect

We collect information directly from you when you:

Book a clarity call, including your name, email, and your answers to our intake questions (your business idea, where you're at with it, and what's kept it stuck)
Enroll in Called to Clarity and complete onboarding, including information in your pre-work worksheets and coaching agreement
Email or message us directly
Make a payment, which is processed entirely by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details

How we use your information

To schedule and conduct your clarity call and coaching sessions
To deliver the Called to Clarity program, including your agreement, pre-work, and session materials
To communicate with you about your enrollment, scheduling, and program updates
To improve how we run the program and this website

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers described below, who process it on our behalf.

Third-party services we use

CalendlyFor booking and the intake questions you answer when scheduling. Calendly may set its own cookies; see Calendly's privacy policy.
StripeFor payment processing. Stripe handles your payment details directly; see Stripe's privacy policy.
Google Workspace / GmailFor email communication with you.
NotionFor our internal client records; this is not a public-facing tool and your information there is not published anywhere.
Google FontsTo display the typefaces on this site. Loading these fonts sends your device's IP address to Google; see Google's privacy policy.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising cookies and doesn't use analytics tracking. Two embedded third-party tools do make requests to their own servers when you use this site: the Calendly scheduling widget, which may set its own cookies, and Google Fonts, which loads the site's typefaces and receives your device's IP address in the process. Both are governed by those companies' own privacy policies, linked above.

How long we keep your information

We keep client information for as long as needed to provide the program, plus a reasonable period afterward for our business and tax records, typically 5 years. Clarity call intake information for people who don't enroll is kept for 2 years and then deleted.

Your rights

If you're in the European Economic Area or UK

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict our use of your personal information, to receive a copy of it in a portable format, and to object to certain processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Our legal basis for processing your information is our contract with you (to deliver coaching services), our legitimate interest in running our business, and, where applicable, your consent.

If you're a California resident

Under the CCPA/CPRA, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined by California law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Exercising your rights

To make a request regarding your information, contact us at nigeria@holyprofits.co. We'll respond within the time required by applicable law.

Our services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
